Claims Specialist/Provider Relations

  • Review and approve Medicaid services rendered to elderly participants.
  • Training providers on how to bill using our online portal.
  • Solve issues encountered by providers while processing claims in person, by email or through our provider line.
  • Review claims and checks the status of inquiries and adjustments.
  • Data entry and filing.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Strong Computer Skills.  Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, Data Management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
