• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as assigned
  • Process payroll bi-monthly for approximately 250 1099's
  • Analyze, process and record cash receipts
  • Process accounts payables - ensure proper coding and posting to the GL
  • Data entry and filing
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or 1--2 years equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)​
